Return Policy
 
JD Pence will gladly exchange or refund any JD Pence purchase you are not completely satisfied with if returned to us within 30 days from the date of purchase on non-custom items. No returns after 30 days.
 
All returned items must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging (swimwear must have the sanitary liner attached). Because swimwear is intimate apparel, health department regulations require that swimwear be tried on over underwear or it may not be returned. Please use care when trying on the garment for fit, body creams, heavy perfume and jewelry can cause the garment to become soiled or damaged and therefore cannot be returned.
 
Custom items are NOT RETURNABLE. Orders for custom merchandise or special orders cannot be cancelled once processed.
 
Defective items are replaced at no extra charge within 30 days of shipment. Incorrect shipping or defective merchandise MUST be reported to us within one (1) week. Teams are permitted to return up to 15% of their initial order within 30 days of purchase. A 15% re-stocking fee will be added to all returns greater than 15% of the initial order. No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Procedure:
 
Complete the Return Form enclosed with your original shipment and include it with your return shipment. If you do not have a Return Form, we can fax one to you.
 
All returns are the responsibility of the customer, so protect yourself against the loss of a return by sending insured mail or insured UPS. Keep your shipping receipt until the credit for your return appears on your statement. If making an exchange, please allow 2-3 weeks for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped to you. If you need to have your exchange processed quicker and rush shipped back to you, please note it on the Return Form and a JD Pence representative will contact you.
 
Delivery Time:
 
Most in-stock orders are shipped within two business days and customers can expect delivery of orders within seven business days depending upon their proximity to the shipping point. However, not all of the items listed on our site are available for immediate shipment; In which case you will receive an email from a customer service representative with the availability/delivery status of products ordered. Please allow for weekends and holidays when calculating your ship time, and remember that the day your order is shipped does not factor into the time in transit. Selecting an expediting shipping method, One-Day or Two-Day Shipping, does not necessarily mean your order will arrive in one or two days. Changing your shipping speed to a faster method will not change the estimated shipping date, but your estimated delivery date should improve (subject to item availability).
